Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Damaged or not working? Email us at catskylineco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Changed your mind? Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we approve the return.
